 Struck in 1806 during the reign of King George III, this British halfpenny features a classical bust of the monarch on the obverse and Britannia seated with trident on the reverse. Composed of copper and issued under contract by the Soho Mint in Birmingham, this was part of the late Georgian-era coinage reforms.
